摘要
目的可视化分析近十年关于热量限制延缓衰老相关研究文献,探讨该领域的研究现状和热点。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库2012年1月至2021年12月的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8 R3软件对筛选文献的作者、机构、国家、关键词及共被引文献和作者进行知识图谱分析。结果共纳入2986篇文献,主要的研究国家和机构是美国的国家老龄化研究所;发文最多和被引频次最高的作者分别是RAFAEL DE CABO和FONTANA L;热点关键词主要是热量限制、氧化应激、基因表达、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖等。结论近十年热量限制延缓衰老相关研究的年发文趋势较为平稳,不断探索热量限制延缓衰老的潜在机制,发现更多药物作用靶点和干预措施是该领域的研究热点。
Objective To visually analyze the research literature on caloric restriction in delaying aging in the past decade,and to explore the research status and hot spots in this field.Methods The relevant literature of Web of Science core collection database from January 2012 to December 2021 was retrieved.CiteSpace 5.8 R3 software was used to conduct knowledge graph analysis on the authors,institutions,countries,keywords,and co-cited literatures and authors of the selected literatures.Results A total of 2986 literatures were included.The main research country and institution was the National Institute on Aging in the United States;the most published and cited authors were RAFAEL DE CABO and FONTANA L;hot keywords were calorie restriction,oxidative stress,gene expression,insulin resistance,and obesity,etc.Conclusion In the past decade,the trend of annual publications on caloric restriction delaying aging research has been relatively stable.Exploring the potential mechanism of caloric restriction delaying aging and discovering more drug targets and interventions are the research hotspots in this field.
