摘要
轨道交通车辆基地TOD综合开发是“轨道交通引导城市发展”的重要驱动力。介绍了上海近20年来轨道交通车辆基地综合开发的工程实践和开发里程,分析研究了TOD综合开发的规划协同、城市设计、建筑设计等核心技术链条及进阶路径,为轨道交通车辆基地应对未来城市的发展提供技术参考和务实创新基础。
The integrated transit-oriented development(TOD) of rail transit vehicle base is an important driver of "rail transit-oriented urban development". The 20 years’ engineering practices and development milestones of integrated development of rail transit vehicle base in Shanghai are introduced. The core technology chain and advanced path of integrated TOD development such as planning synergy, urban design and architectural design are analyzed, which provides technical reference and practical innovation basis for the development of rail transit vehicle base in line with future urban development.
