摘要
轨道交通车辆基地大库空间大,各类生产管线多沿库内四周墙、柱敷设。通过对大库室内生产管线综合排布的分析,提出了车辆基地大库室内生产管线综合排布原则,并以带上盖开发、接触网供电制式的停车列检库为例,介绍了室内生产管线综合排布的设计思路及方案。这可作为各专业管线设计的依据,在设计阶段消除各类管线的碰撞矛盾,既可减少施工期间的管线碰撞,又有利于管线的长期维护与检修。
As the service shop of rail transit vehicle base is large,all kinds of production pipelines are generally laid along the walls and columns.The principles of comprehensive layout of indoor production pipeline in service shop are proposed through analysis.Taken the vehicle service shop with upper cover development and power supply by overhead lines as an example,the design ideas and schemes for the comprehensive layout of indoor production pipeline are introduced,which can be used as the design basis for the pipeline layout.The elimination of the pipeline collision in the design stage can reduce the pipeline collision in the construction and is conducive to the long-term maintenance and repair of pipelines.
