摘要
我国每年都会产生大量的香灰,而香灰中往往含有一定含量的锡,因此测定香灰中的锡含量有利于香灰的回收利用。本文讨论了实际分析中常用有效的三种溶解方法,即高温碱熔、微波消解以及四酸消解,并对比分析三种方法的优缺点及提取效率。最终综合考虑分析效率及结果准确性,以及与碘量法比对结果,高温碱融法操作简便,耗时短,无需额外增配特殊仪器,比较适合实验室提取分析香灰的锡含量。
A large amount of incense ash is produced every year in our country,and incense ash often contains a certain content of tin.Determining the content of tin in incense ash is conducive to the recycling of incense ash.Therefore,three commonly used and effective dissolution methods in practical analysis were discussed,namely high-temperature alkali fusion,microwave digestion and four-acid dissolution,andthe advantages,disadvantages and extraction efficiency of the three methods were compared and analyzed.Considering the analysis efficiency and the accuracy of the results,the high temperature alkali fusion method was easy to operate,short in time,andno additional special instruments was required.Therefore it was more suitable for laboratory extraction and analysis of tin content in incense ash.
