酸碱处理后的废弃脱硝催化剂微观结构变化

摘要 为了实现废弃脱硝催化剂的有效资源化利用,采用酸或者碱试剂处理废弃脱硝催化剂制备了系列样品,XRD,BET等检测结果表明高温碱试剂处理下,能有效改善废弃脱硝催化剂的微观孔结构,提升其比表面积指标,处理后的样品并表现出较优的脱硝性能;而相比于碱试剂,硫酸和氢氟酸处理下样品的微观结构改变程度较低,且样品的脱硝性能提高程度也较低。 In order to realize the effective resource utilization of the spent denitrification catalyst,a series of samples were prepared by treating the spent denitrification catalyst with acid or alkali reagents.The results of XRD and BET show that the alkali reagents can effectively improve the microscopic pore structure of the spent denitrification catalyst,increase its surface area,and the samples show better denitrification performance.Compared with the alkali reagent,the microstructure of the samples treated with sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid was changed less,and the denitration performance of the samples was improved less.
