摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分心法等研究方法对全日制体育硕士专业研究生的实践能力培养困境与提升举措进行研究,结果显示:当前研究生实践能力培养的困境表现为培养方向与研究生择业境遇式微、课程设置重理论知识熏陶轻实践能力塑造、研究生实习实践教学淡化、任课与指导教师的实习实践指导经验不足、校内外实践教学资源整合欠佳等问题。提出就围绕学生全面发展的中心地位,从校内与校外两方面协同培养,共同致力于提升体育硕士专业学生的实践能力。
This paper studies the practical ability training dilemma and improvement measures of full-time postgraduates majoring in physical education by using the research methods such as literature method,interview method and logical distraction method.The results show that the current dilemma in the cultivation of graduate students'practical ability is reflected in the de-cline of the training direction and the postgraduate career selection situation,the curriculum setting emphasizes the cultivation of theoretical knowledge rather than the shaping of practical ability,the phenomenon of weakening the practice teaching of post-graduates,the lack of experience in teaching and guiding teachers'practice practice,Problems such as poor integration of practi-cal teaching resources inside and outside the school.It is recommended to coordinate training from both oncampus and off-campus,centering on the central position of students'all,and work together to improve the practical ability of students majoring in sports masters.
