摘要
城市地铁建设中不可避免地出现土压平衡盾构下穿人防工程,以南昌地铁盾构下穿京密引水渠为工程背景,给出了盾构关键施工参数的计算方法,讨论了掘进管理姿态、出土、注浆等关键要素以及它们之间的内在联系。提出了施工中出现喷涌、开仓换刀、沉降量过大问题的关键控制技术,保障了施工的安全高效。
The case of earth pressure balance shield tunnelling civil air defense engineering inevitably occurs in the construction of urban subways.Based on the engineering of Nanchang subway shield tunnelling under the Jing-Mi diversion canal,obtain the calculation method of the key construction parameters of the shield tunnel,and discuss key factors such as tunneling management posture,excavations and grouting,as well as the internal relations between them.The key control technology for the problems of gushing,opening the warehouse to change tools,and excessive settlement in construction is proposed,ensuring the safety and efficiency of constructions.
