摘要
血管性痴呆(VaD)是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的第二大常见痴呆类型。针对VaD机制与相关药物的研究具有重大价值和社会意义。VaD发生发展过程中伴随着不同程度的氧化损伤,包括氧化产物的增加和抗氧化能力的下降等。作者对活性氧、活性氧与VaD的关系以及VaD抗氧化治疗的研究进展进行了综述。
Vascular dementia is the second most common type of dementia after Alzheimer′s disease. The researches on its mechanisms and the development of related drugs have great research value and social significance. The occurrence and development of vascular dementia is accompanied by different degrees of oxidative damage, including the increase of oxidation products and the decline of antioxidant capacity. This paper introduced reactive oxygen species and reviewed the research progress on relationship between reactive oxygen species and vascular dementia, and the antioxidant therapy for vascular dementia.
