百米深水库区桥梁浮桥方案研究应用

摘要 以白鹤滩水电站配套工程——宁南县G353复建工程黑水河大桥施工为背景,研究了位于山岭库区的连续刚构桥在墩身施工过程中由陆上施工转变为水上施工这一特殊条件下桥梁施工工艺技术。经过缆索吊、猫道及浮桥方案比选,确定了使用装配式聚乙烯浮筒组拼的浮桥及浮式平台、转移施工升降机和塔吊为主要方法的“浮桥”方案。结果表明,“浮桥”方案在此类特殊工况施工中具有优势,可为类似工程提供参考。 Based on the construction of the Heishui River Bridge during the reconstruction of National Highway G353 inNingnan County,a supporting project of Baihetan Hydropower Station,the paper presents the research on the bridgeconstruction technology to convert land-based construction to over-water construction of piers for the continuous rigid framebridge located in a mountainous reservoir.After comparison of pontoon bridges with cable cranes and catwalks,the "pontoonbridge" proposal was selected and accepted,with the pontoon bridge made up of fabricated polythelene pontoons together withafloating platform,a transfer construction elevator and tower cranes.The results show that the "pontoon bridge" proposal hadadvantages in construction under such special working conditions,and may provide reference for similar projects.
