摘要 结合恩施公路主跨195 m钢管混凝土拱桥项目,分析了缆索吊装施工的重难点,根据山区陡峭的地形条件,针对缆索吊机的索跨布置及结构形式,提出缆扣索共塔、缆扣塔完全分离、缆扣局部分离等形式;针对缆扣局部分离,提出了利用桥台及引桥自重来锚固拱脚节段的设计思路;阐述了拱肋节段的吊装施工。实践表明:利用桥台及引桥自重来平衡拱脚节段扣索张拉力的这种缆扣局部分离技术,使拱肋拱脚节段在吊装过程更加安全、定位更加快捷,缩短了施工工期,降低了施工成本,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 Combined with the project of Enshi highway main span 195 m concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge,the key and difficult points of cable hoisting construction are analyzed.According to the steep terrain conditions in mountainous areas and the cable span layout and structural form of cable crane,the forms of cable buckle common tower,complete separation of cable buckle tower,partial separation of cable buckles and so on are proposed;aiming at the partial separation of cable buckles,the design idea of using the self weight of abutment and approach bridge to anchor the arch foot segment is put forward;this paper expounds the hoisting construction of arch rib segments.The practice shows that this local separation technology of cable buckles,which uses the self weight of the abutment and the approach bridge to balance the cable tension of the arch foot segment,makes the arch rib and arch foot segments safer and faster positioning in the hoisting process,shortens the construction period,reduces the construction cost,and provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
