融合思政元素的工程项目管理课程建设探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对课程思政对课程教学提出的新要求,结合一流本科课程建设意见,文章探讨了车辆工程专业的工程项目管理课程建设路径:制定教学目标及育人目标;深化授课教师思政理念和认识;挖掘课程理论中的思政元素,力求专业知识与思政教育交融;与时俱进,增加工程项目管理新理论内容;以学生为中心,采用案例教学、项目驱动与传统教学方法等多位一体的授课方式;注重阶段成果的考核,设计贯穿全授课周期的考核方式;并为汽车行业培养具有工程管理技能的工程师,进行了积极的实践。 Due to requirements of the course ideological and political, and considering the opinions of first-class undergraduate curriculum construction, the article describes the path of construction of project management course for vehicle engineering majors.The teaching objectives and education objectives are formulated.And the lecturers’ philosophy of politics is enhanced to realize the importance and necessary of ideological and political education into professional education.As specialist knowledge is explained, ideology and politics are smoothly promoted.Then the theoretical knowledge of engineering project management is continuously updated as Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMBoK);Moreover, case-based teaching, project-driven and other traditional teaching methods are comprehensively used for student centered.Especially for the stage evaluation,the assessment methods are developed throughout the whole lecture cycle.Also, it is actively practiced to cultivate engineers with engineering management skills for the automotive industry.
