摘要
由于现场条件限制,中水广场北侧售楼部段深基坑支护采用微型桩预应力锚索复合土钉墙。本文通过对中水广场北侧售楼部段深基坑工程设计、监测数据以及加固进行分析,并结合有限元软件对基坑开挖施工工况进行模拟,总结了复合土钉墙变形影响因素,深入分析本工程基坑产生较大变形的原因,认为土钉打穿化粪池、渗漏水量较大、施工时没有坡面设置泄水管、坡体内地下水水量增加、水压力增大、土体抗剪强度降低、土钉和预应力锚索抗拔力降低、前期施工力量不足、支护不及时等是导致基坑变形较大的主要原因。
Due to the site condition restrictions, the deep foundation pit support adopts the composite soil nailing wall with the mini-sized piles and the pre-stressed anchors in the north sales section of Zhongshui Square. Through analyzing the design, monitoring data and reinforcement of the deep foundation pit in the north sales section of Zhongshui Square, and simulating the construction conditions with the finite element software, the influence factors of the deformation of the composite soil nail wall are summarized, and the large deformation causes of the foundation pit is analyzed. The main reasons for the large deformation of the foundation pit include the soil nails through the septic tank, the large leakage water, no slope drainage pipes during construction, the increase of groundwater water in the slope, the increase of water pressure, the reduce of soil shear strength, the reduce of the pulling resistance of the soil nails and the prestressed anchors, the insufficient early construction ability and the untimely support.
