摘要
为了提高软弱富水地层深基坑支护结构的施工质量,文中以某基坑工程为例,详细分析了复杂条件下基坑支护结构的设计及施工技术,并对工后支护结构进行监测。结果表明,基坑支护结构采用钻孔灌注桩和一道钢筋混凝土支撑及两道钢管支撑,其灌注桩的周边设置隔离桩及止水帷幕,施工结束后,桩顶沉降量分别为36.2、19.3、2.9 mm,桩顶沉降量分别为29.8、19.6、15.4 mm,钢筋混凝土支撑轴力分别为2000、2200及2300 kN。以上监测值均未超过设计预警值,满足设计方案的目标要求,施工效果良好,表明施工方案安全可靠。
In order to improve the construction quality of deep foundation pit supporting structure in weak and water-rich strata,this paper takes a foundation pit project as an example,analyzes the design and construction technology of foundation pit supporting structure under complex conditions in detail,and monitors the effect of post-construction supporting structure.The results show that the supporting structure of the foundation pit consists of bored pile,one reinforced concrete support and two steel pipe support,and the isolation pile and water stop curtain are set around the pile.After the construction,the settlement of pile top was 36.2,19.3 and 2.9 mm,respectively.The settlement of pile top is 29.8,19.6 and 15.4 mm respectively.The axial forces of reinforced concrete support are 2000,2200 and 2300 kN respectively,and all the monitoring values do not exceed the design warning value,which meets the target requirements of the design scheme,and the construction effect is good,which confirms that the construction scheme adopted is reasonable,safe and reliable.
