摘要
法令行则国治,法令弛则国乱。在全面依法治国的背景下,习近平法治思想是建设法治中国的行动指南和根本遵循。青少年的法治教育质量直接影响全面依法治国的进程。因此,习近平法治思想进思政课堂是顺应时代发展和人才培养要求的必然结果。思政课堂与习近平法治思想的融合需要结合大中小学各学段的具体学情和课程目标,创造性地整合思政课堂中法治教育教学内容,积极改革法治教育的方式方法,切实提升青少年法治意识、规范青少年法治行为。
The rule of law is the rule of the country.In the context of comprehensively governing the country by law,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the guideline for action and fundamental compliance in building a rule of law of China.The quality of legal education for teenagers directly affects the process of ruling the country by law in an all-round way.Therefore,the introduction of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into the ideological and political classroom is an inevitable result of conforming to the development of the times and the requirements of talent training.The integration of ideological and political classrooms and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law needs to combine with the specific learning conditions and curriculum objectives of each stage of universities,middle schools and primary schools,creatively integrate the teaching content of rule of law education in ideological and political classrooms,actively reform the methods of rule of law education,effectively improve young people’s awareness of the rule of law,and regulate the rule of law behavior of juveniles.
