摘要
随着现代社会经济力量发展速度的全面提升以及科技力量的大力发展,使得化工产业伴随着先进技术的使用获得了进步。但是,由于化工工程项目自身建设具备的危险性,且在进行生产时又涉及许多危险环节。因此,在项目建设时,如果无法保证监管工作落实的实际效果,必然就会由于生产事故的发生而导致风险问题的加大。对此,只有重视对化工工程项目实施安全管理,并通过质量控制工作的有效落实,降低化工生产时可能出现的失误,这时才能保证运行的有效性与稳定性。基于此,文章主要针对化工工程项目建设的安全管理及质量控制进行分析与探讨,并给予相应的优化方式。
With the comprehensive promotion of the development speed of modern social economic power and the vigorous development of scientific and technological power,the chemical industry has made progress with the use of advanced technology.However,because chemical engineering projects are dangerous and involve many dangerous links during production,if the actual effect of supervision cannot be guaranteed during project construction,the risk problem will inevitably increase due to the occurrence of production accidents.In this regard,the effectiveness and stability of the operation can be guaranteed only by paying attention to the implementation of safety management of chemical engineering projects and reducing the possible mistakes in chemical production through the effective implementation of quality control.Based on this,the article mainly analyzes and discusses the safety management and quality control of chemical engineering project construction,and gives corresponding optimization methods.
