摘要
氢能作为众多一次能源转化、传输与融合交互的纽带,是实现“双碳”目标的关键,加氢站的高效稳定运行对推进氢能产业发展具有重要意义。文中针对现场制氢与外购氢结合系统进行优化,通过将现场制氢出口20 MPa压缩机与外购氢卸气柱出口连接。结果显示:优化工艺不仅可确保后端45 MPa氢气压缩机出口温度不超过250℃,提高使用寿命,还可将长管拖车内的氢气从常规的7 MPa降低至3-1 MPa,提高拖车有效卸氢率30.77%-46.15%,当购氢成本在30元/kg时,可降低氢气出售成本6.52%-8.58%。同时,随着购氢成本的降低,优化工艺在降低氢气出售成本方面的优势呈下降趋势。综上所述,文中提出的优化工艺对保护45 MPa氢气压缩机,提高长管拖车有效卸氢量,降低氢气出售成本方面具有显著的作用,可为实际生产运营提供参考。
Hydrogen energy,as the link between the transformation,transmission and integration of many primary energy sources,is the key to achieving the"dual carbon"goal.The efficient and stable operation of hydrogen refueling stations is of great significance to promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry.The combined system of on-site hydrogen production and outsourcing hydrogen were optimized,and the 20 MPa compressor at the outlet of on-site hydrogen production was connected to the outlet of the outsourcing hydrogen unloading column.The results show that the optimized process can not only ensure that the outlet temperature of the 45 MPa hydrogen compressor at the rear end does not exceed 250℃,and improve the service life,but also can use the hydrogen in the long-tube trailer from the conventional 7 MPa to 3-1 MPa,and improve the effective hydrogen discharge rate of the trailer by 30.77%-46.15%.When the hydrogen cost is 30 yuan/kg,the hydrogen sales cost can be reduced by 6.52%-8.58%.At the same time,as the cost of hydrogen decreases,the advantages of the optimized process in reducing the cost of hydrogen sales show a downward trend.In summary,the optimized process proposed in this paper has a significant effect on protecting the 45 MPa hydrogen compressor,increasing the effective hydrogen unloading capacity of long-tube trailers,and reducing the cost of hydrogen sales,which can provide a reference for actual production and operation.
