摘要
国际氢供应链和氢贸易是近年来新出现的一种新型国际能源贸易品类,目前仍处于产业萌芽期,非常类似于当年全球LNG产业的发展初期。国际氢供应链和LNG产业链具有很多相似性,相关经验可以借鉴,我国LNG产业具有开展国际氢供应和氢贸易的先天优势。站在国际氢供应全产业链角度分析了氢气成本构成,结论显示目前除了以有机物储氢的方式氢气成本较低外,采用液氢和氨方式的国际氢供应链的成本与国内市场氢气售价基本持平,并无明显的竞争优势,仍需要进一步降低成本,而降低成本的关键主要在制氢和氢气液化、转化加氢环节。如果全产业链到岸释氢后的氢气价格能够控制在30元/kg以内,将大幅提升市场竞争力。
International hydrogen supply chain is a new type of international energy trade category emerging in recent years.At present, it is still in the embryonic stage of the industry, which is very similar to the initial development of global LNG industry.There are many similarities between the international hydrogen supply chain and the LNG industry, and the relevant experiences in the LNG industry can be used for reference and even transplanted directly in the international hydrogen supply chain.Overall cost composition of hydrogen is analyzed from the perspective of whole industrial chain of global hydrogen supply.It is shown that the cost of hydrogen by liquid organic hydrogen carrier(LOHC) is lower, the cost of the international hydrogen supply chain by liquid hydrogen and ammonia is basically the same as the price of hydrogen in China’s domestic market.International hydrogen supply chain has no obvious competitive advantage in China, and the cost still needs to be further reduced.From the perspective of the cost composition of whole industry chain, the keys to reduce the cost are mainly in the cycles of hydrogen production, hydrogen liquefaction, conversion and hydrogenation.If the price of hydrogen released onshore at China’s port can be controlled within CNY30 per kilogram, the market competitiveness will be greatly improved.
