摘要
剖析了热水低温直供集中供暖系统运行中存在的问题,尤其是伴随着热负荷的递增系统输热能力存在瓶颈,分析了供热管道输热能力提升的途径及其特点,提出热水低温直供集中供暖系统输热能力提升技术方法,采用增大一次侧供回水温差、应用多元化混合回水模式并通过寻求最佳混合水量进行控制的综合方案,有效提升系统输热能力的同时实现了供热质量的改善和节能节电的效益。
Analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the hot water and low temperature direct supply central heating system, especially the bottleneck of the heat transmission capacity of the system with increasing heat load. It analyzes the ways and characteristics of improving the heat transmission capacity of the heating pipeline, and puts forward the technical methods of improving the heat transmission capacity of the hot water and low temperature direct supply central heating system. The comprehensive scheme of increasing the temperature difference of primary side supply and return water, applying diversified mixed return water mode and seeking the best mixed water volume for control is adopted, which can effectively improve the heat transfer capacity of the system and realize the improvement of heating quality and the benefit of energy saving.
