常减压蒸馏装置停检化学清洗方案优化 被引量:3

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连石化分公司10.0 Mt/a常减压装置为了提高停工处理效果,降低操作人员工作量,2011年开始引进化学清洗技术代替蒸汽吹扫。随着国家对环保要求不断加大,炼油厂对装置停工处理过程中的三废排放管控力度也不断加大。造成停工化学清洗效果不理想。结合常减压蒸馏装置生产实际情况以及对历年停工化学清洗过程中存在的问题分析,通过对装置停工期间化学清洗处理工艺方案和化学清洗废液排放流程进行优化,将临时线将系统各设备低点导淋与装置污油外送泵连通,利用污油外送系统将系统设备内存油和化学清洗液送至原油罐区全部回收。解决了往年停工化学清洗过程中化学清洗存在死角、效果差、清洗废液排放不及时、现场排放存在异味、对污水处理系统造成冲击等问题。最终实现系统流程中的废油和含油废化学清洗液全部回收,化学清洗效果良好,优于往年,对于同类型装置的停工处理有着指导意义。 In order to improve the shutdown treatment effect and reduce the workload of operators,10.0 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for Dalian Petrochemical Company of CNPC has been introduced chemical cleaning technology to replace steam purging since 2011.With environmental protection requirements increasing,the refinery has been increasing its efforts to control the discharge of three wastes during shutdown process,which makes shutdown chemical cleaning effect unsatisfactory.Based on the actual production situation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the analysis of the existing problems in the process of chemical cleaning during the shutdown of the unit over the years,the author optimized the chemical cleaning treatment plan and the discharge flow of chemical cleaning waste liquid and connected the low point guide of each equipment with the sewage oil external delivery pump of the device through the temporary line.The memory oil and chemical cleaning liquid of the system equipment are sent to the crude oil tank for recovery through the sewage oil delivery system,which solves the problems such as the dead corner of chemical cleaning in the process of chemical cleaning,poor effect,rapid the emission of waste cleaning liquid,the odor of field emission and the impact on the sewage treatment system.Finally,all the waste oil and oil-containing waste chemical cleaning liquid in the system process are recovered,and the chemical cleaning effect is good,which is better than that in previous years and has a guiding significance for the shutdown treatment of the same devices.
