摘要
酸性水汽提装置在停工过程中采用RDY-1多功能硫化物处理剂清洗设备内积存的硫化氢、硫醇、氨氮等有毒有害介质,钝化硫化亚铁。清洗钝化完成后打开设备人孔未发生硫化亚铁自燃现象,设备内壁金属光滑无腐蚀,清洁无异味,实测H2S和NH3的质量分数均为0,清洗废液未对污水处理装置造成冲击,有效解决了酸性水汽提装置停工过程中不易吹扫干净、现场恶臭味大、易发生硫化亚铁自燃等难题,缩短了停工时间,实现了装置安全、环保、绿色停工。
The RDY-1 multifunctional sulfide treatment agent was used to passivate ferrous sulfide and clean the toxic and harmful compounds such as hydrogen sulfide,thiols and ammonia nitrogen accumulated in the equipment during the shutdown process.After cleaning and passivation,the manhole of the equipment was opened without spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide.The inner wall of the equipment is smooth without corrosion.The measured H2S and NH3 contents were both 0 in the equipment,and the cleaning liquid didn’t impact the sewage treatment equipment.Effectively solved the difficult problems of sour water stripping unit during the shutdown process,such as difficult to completely clean,heavy on-site odor,prone to spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide,etc.The shutdown time is shortened,and the safety,environmental protection and green shutdown of the unit are realized.
