摘要
采用模拟试验和田间试验相结合的方法,研究了甲氰菊酯在南方菜地土壤中的降解和移动.得出了一些基本数据,为甲氰菊酯在菜地(旱地)生态中的安全使用,提出了合理的评价.
The results of a set of laboratory and field experiments indicated that the degradation rate of fenpropathrin under field condition was faster than that in laboratory. The half-life of the pesticide under field conditions was observed to be 18 days and in laboratory tests under different soil conditions are in following order: sterilized > anaerobic > aerobic. The soil microbial decomposition played a major role in fenpropathrin degradation.The adsorption of fenpropathrin by water-soil system
was very strong and can be described by Freundlich equation as X/m =
28.38C(0.55∞).The fenpropathrin applied on soil was not leached down and remained at the top horizon of 0-5 cm, just like other pyrethroids.
