摘要
作为时尚项目的网球运动正逐渐成为高校体育专项课程中的热门选择。而网球学习中存在的场地有限、上手慢、练习枯燥等问题则影响了学生学习的积极性。教师在课堂教学中很难照顾到每个学生的训练情况。将短视频引入网球教学的方法,有助于突破时间和空间的限制,增加师生互动,激发学生的学习兴趣。本文围绕网球专项训练的动作、步法、体能和战术四项内容,设计了课上课下相结合的学、教、练、测、评5步短视频教学模式,旨在探索短视频在网球专项教学中的作用,为网球教学提供新的方法和思路。
As a sports fashion,playing tennis has gradually become popular among college physical education courses.However,the disadvantages in tennis learning,such as a limited number of tennis courts,slow to get started,and boring drills,affect students'motivation to learn.It is practically difficult for teachers to take care of each student through course teaching only.Introducing short videos into tennis teaching can make a breakthrough from the limitation of time and space,increase teacher-student interaction,and stimulate students'interest in learning.In this paper,we design a 5-step short video teaching model that combines learning,teaching,practicing,testing and assessing in and out of classroom.The objectives of the study is to summarize the role of short video in tennis special training and to provide new methods and ideas for tennis teaching.
