摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平高度重视教育的发展,围绕这一重要主题发表了系列重要讲话,形成了习近平以人民为中心的教育观。本文从历史、理论和现实三重逻辑分析了习近平教育观的形成渊源;探讨了习近平坚持教育优先发展的战略观,坚持立德树人为根本的任务观,服务中华民族复兴的使命观,深化教育改革创新的动力观等主要内容。习近平以人民为中心的教育观体现出鲜明的时代特征和人民性价值导向。新发展阶段必须要围绕教育质量、文化自觉自信、服务社会能力、教育发展保障、制度保障等几方面践行习近平以人民为中心的教育观。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the development of education,made a series of important speeches around this important theme,and made a series of instructions,forming Xi Jinping’s people-centered concept of education.This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of education from the logic of history,theory and reality,and analyzes his strategic concept of adhering to the priority development of education,adhering to the fundamental task concept of building virtue and cultivating people,the mission concept of serving the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the concept of driving the deepening of educational reform and innovation.Xi Jinping’s people-centered outlook on education reflects the distinctive characteristics of the times and the orientation of people’s values.In the new era,we must practice Xi Jinping’s people-centered concept of education in terms of education quality,cultural self-confidence,social service ability,education development guarantee,and system guarantee.
