摘要
通过构建创业政策对大学创业绩效的影响分析框架,探讨了创业政策、大学创业政策获取能力对大学创业绩效的影响作用机制,利用中国2015—2020年创业政策文本和60所大学创业面板数据,采用固定效应面板模型实证分析了创业政策对大学创业绩效的影响。结果发现:当前创业政策对大学创业绩效的提升作用较微弱,这一结论同样适用于大学其他异质性特征;大学创业政策获取能力对创业绩效有显著提振效果,且“985工程”大学创业政策获取能力对创业绩效的影响强于“211工程”大学,在相同创业政策下,“985工程”大学创业政策获取能力对创业绩效的促进作用要高于“211工程”大学。
By constructing an analytical framework of the impact of entrepreneurship policy on university entrepreneurship performance,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship policy and university entrepreneurship policy acquisition ability on university entrepreneurship performance.Based on the text of entrepreneurship policy in China from 2015 to 2020 and entrepreneurial panel data of 60 universities,using the fixed effect panel model,the impact of entrepreneurship policy on university entrepreneurship performance is empirically analyzed.The results show that:The current entrepreneurship policy has little effect on the improvement of university entrepreneurship performance which is also applicable to other heterogeneous characteristics of the university;The policy acquisition ability of university entrepreneurship has a significant effect on the improvement of university entrepreneurship performance.Moreover,the effect of entrepreneurship policy acquisition ability of"project 985"universities is stronger than that of"project 211"universities."Project 985"universities’entrepreneurship policy acquisition ability is more effective than"project 211"universities in promoting entrepreneurial performance.
