高剂量双歧杆菌四联活菌片对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道生物屏障及免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of high-dose Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets on intestinal biological barrier and immune function in patients with ulcerative colitis

摘要 目的探究高剂量双歧杆菌四联活菌片对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道生物屏障及免疫功能的影响。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年12月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的287例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为三组,对照组(98例)给予常规方式治疗,低剂量组(95例)与高剂量组(94例)分别给予低剂量与高剂量双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较三组的治疗效果,治疗前后肠道生物菌群、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果高剂量组与低剂量组治疗总有效率(97.87%,92/94;89.47%,85/95)高于对照组(74.49%,75/98),且高剂量组治疗总有效率高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌以及肠球菌等肠道生物菌群水平均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且高剂量组与低剂量组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平高于对照组,肠球菌水平低于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平高于低剂量组,肠球菌水平低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值等免疫功能指标较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且高剂量组与低剂量组CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)低于低剂量组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。高剂量组、低剂量组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.49%(8/94)、5.25%(5/95)、5.10%(5/98),差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者采用高剂量双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗有助于恢复肠道生物屏障保护功能,纠正机体异常免疫功能,治疗效果优异。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-dose Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet on intestinal biological barrier and immune function in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 287 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into three groups by random number table method.The control group(98 cases)received conventional treatment,while the low-dose group(95 cases)and the high-dose group(94 cases)were treated with low-dose and high-dose Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet,respectively.Therapeutic effects,intestinal flora and immune function before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the high-dose group and the low-dose group(97.87%,92/94;89.47%,85/95)were higher than that of the control group(74.49%,75/98),and the total effective rate of the high-dose group was higher than that of the low-dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in the three groups were significantly improved,compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the high-dose group and the low-dose group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Enterococcus were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the high-dose group were higher than those in the low-dose group,and the levels of Enterococcus were lower than those in the low-dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes such as cluster of differentiation(CD)3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio in the three groups were significantly improved,compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)in the high-dose group and the low-dose group were lower than those in the control group,while CD4^(+)level and C
