摘要
近十年来,瑞士共产党对新时代中国特色社会主义极为关注,本次访谈对象为瑞士共产党总书记、瑞士提契诺州议员马西米利亚诺·阿伊,他从脱贫攻坚等治理成就、中国共产党思想建设及其理论创新等方面,详细阐释了瑞士共产党对新时代中国特色社会主义取得的成就及其背后原因的分析与认识。此外,他还结合俄乌冲突下的世界变局,阐发了瑞士共产党对俄乌冲突的看法与倡议,提出践行“真正的多边主义”是维护世界和平之道,认为“西方中心主义”是推动构建人类命运共同体的最大障碍,呼吁西方进步力量应将人类命运共同体理念作为捍卫世界和平发展的指导准则。
In the past decade,the Swiss Communist Party has paid great attention to socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. We interviewed Massimiliano Ay,general secretary of the Swiss Communist Party and member of the parliament of the Canton of Ticino. He explained in detail the Swiss Communist Party’s analysis and understanding of the achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the reasons behind them,in terms of governance achievements such as poverty eradication as well as the ideological development an theoretical innovations of the Communist Party of China. In addition,he explained the Swiss Communist Party’s views and initiatives on the Russia-Ukraine conflict in the context of the changing world situation during the conflict. He suggested that “true multilateralism” is the way to maintain world peace,and“Western centrism”is the biggest challenge to building a human community with a shared future. He called on Western progressive forces to adopt the concept of a human community with a shared future as a guideline for defending world peace and development.
