摘要
中国古代治理体系具有鲜明特点,大体可概括为以下几个方面:在行政体制上以实行中央集权制为主体,在治理理念上崇尚“六合同风,九州共贯”的大一统局面,在思想文化领域以儒学为正统和主脉,在制度建设上重视顺应时势革故鼎新。其治国安邦实践可概括为“三个世所罕见”,即治理难度之大、治理经验之丰富、治理成就之大世所罕见。中国古代治国理政实践的当代启示可归纳为五点:维护党中央权威和集中统一领导,大力推进文化建设,努力维护社会稳定,坚定不移走自己的路,继续推进人类文明新形态。
The ancient Chinese governance system has distinctive features,which can be roughly summarized into five aspects:in the administrative system,centralization of power system was the main body;in the philosophy of governance,the great unification of“the customs,culture as well as the coherence of government rules and regulations in all parts of the country”was advocated;in the field of ideology and culture,Confucianism was the orthodox and the main thread;in the construction of the system,emphasis was placed on reforming and innovating in response to the times.Furthermore,the practices of ancient Chinese governance and security can be summarized as“three rares in the world”,namely,the difficulty of governance,the richness of experience in governance and the great achievements of governance that were rare in the world.Thus,the contemporary enlightenment of ancient Chinese governance practices can be summarized into five points:maintaining the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,vigorously promoting cultural construction,striving to maintain social stability,unswervingly following our own path,and continuing to promote the new form of human civilization.
