摘要
国内某高炉本代炉役仅生产3年5个月,因炉缸温度异常被迫停炉大修进行炉缸浇筑。文章针对高炉炉缸破损情况展开详细研究,包括炉缸侵蚀形貌、炉缸侧壁取样分析及生产数据分析。研究表明,该次炉缸侵蚀为象脚型侵蚀,主要原因为炉缸工作均匀性差,此次调查结果可为大型高炉生产操作提供借鉴。
Due to the abnormal hearth temperature,the current generation of a domestic blast furnace was only produced for three years and five months and was forced to shut down for overhaul and pouring of the hearth.In this paper,the damage of blast furnace is studied detailedly,including the erosion morphology,hearth wall sampling analysis and production data analysis.The results show that erosion of the hearth is elephant foot type erosion,and the main reason is the poor work uniformly of the hearth.The results of this investigation can provide reference for the production operation of large blast furnaces.
