摘要
利用3360家科技创业企业的数字化创新专利数据,探究连锁董事网络结构洞对数字化创新绩效的影响以及团队断裂带对二者关系的调节作用。结果表明:连锁董事网络结构洞与数字化创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系;任务导向断裂带强度越大,连锁董事网络结构洞对数字化创新绩效影响越强;社会分类断裂带强度越大,连锁董事网络结构洞对数字化创新绩效的影响越弱。
Using the digital innovation patent data of 3360 science and technology start-ups,this paper explores the impact of the network structure hole of chain directors on digital innovation performance and the moderating effect of the team faultlines on the relationship between the two.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the network structure hole of chain directors and digital innovation performance;The greater the strength of the task oriented faultlines,the stronger the impact of the chain director network structure hole on the digital innovation performance;The greater the strength of the social classification faultlines,the weaker the impact of the chain director network structure hole on digital innovation performance.
