摘要
目的 分析地屈孕酮联合宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉(Endometrial polyps,EP)患者的疗效。方法 选取2019年3月~2021年6月收治的74例EP患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和研究组各37例。对照组实施宫腔镜电切术治疗,研究组患者在实施宫腔镜电切术治疗基础上实施地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果 研究组临床疗效81.08%(30/37)优于对照组97.29%(36/37),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VEGF水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VEGF水平均有所下降,且研究组低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于EP患者,在实施宫腔镜电切术治疗基础上实施地屈孕酮治疗,可有效提高治疗的临床疗效,降低患者VEGF水平。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of didroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of endometrial polyps(EP). Methods A total of 74 EP patients who were treated from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 37 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received hysteroscopic resection, and the study group received dydrogesterone treatment on the basis of hysteroscopic resection. The clinical efficacy and serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was 81.08%(30/37) better than that of the control group 97.29%(36/37), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in VEGF levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF in the two groups were decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with EP, the implementation of didroxyprogesterone treatment on the basis of hysteroscopic electrotomy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the level of VEGF.
