摘要
目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者使用屈螺酮炔雌醇预处理后对药物促排卵效果的影响。方法选择我院收治的80例PCOS患者,根据患者住院病床单双号将其分为研究组与对照组,各40例,研究组接受屈螺酮炔雌醇片预处理后采用来曲唑促排卵,对照组直接用来曲唑促排卵治疗,对比两组患者排卵率、妊娠率及治疗前后的促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清FSH、AMH水平均升高,研究组均高于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清LH、T、E_(2)水平均降低,研究组均低于对照组;研究组患者的排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者使用屈螺酮炔雌醇预处理能有效改善机体性激素水平,提升促排卵效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of drospirone ethinylestradiol pretreatment on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS admitted to our hospital were selected,and they were divided into a study group and a control group according to the double number of the patient’s inpatient bed sheets,40 cases in each group.The study group received letrozole for ovulation induction after pretreatment with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,while the control group was directly treated with letrozole for ovulation induction.The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti miillerian hormone(AMH),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_(2))before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,serum FSH and AMH levels in both groups increased after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group;compared with before treatment,the serum LH,T and E_(2) levels of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pretreatment with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol in PCOS patients can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and enhance the effect of ovulation induction.
