摘要
目的探讨人性化护理与标准化护理程序在妇科住院患者阴道灌洗护理中的应用价值。方法选取本院300例妇科住院进行阴道灌洗的患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各150例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理与标准化护理程序,两组均护理1个月。比较两组患者护理满意度、不良情绪、疼痛情况、住院舒适度。结果护理后,观察组满意度(97.33%)高于对照组(87.33%),SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组,住院舒适度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科住院患者在阴道灌洗治疗中配合人性化护理与标准化护理程序可以更好地改善患者的不良情绪,提升满意度与舒适度。
Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing and standardized nursing procedures in vaginal lavage nursing of gynecological inpatients.Methods A total of 300 gynecological inpatients in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received humanized nursing and standardized nursing procedures,and both groups received nursing for 1 month.Nursing satisfaction,negative emotions,pain conditions,and hospitalization comfort were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the satisfaction degree of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(87.33%),the SAS,SDS and VAS scores were all lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization comfort was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inpatients in gynecology with humanized nursing and standardized nursing procedures in vaginal lavage treatment can better improve the patient’s negative emotions,improve satisfaction and comfort.
