摘要
目的对妇科护理中实施人性化护理的应用效果进行探讨和分析。方法选取2020年6月至2022年5月我院妇科收治的188例患者展开研究,根据护理方案的不同分为参照组(给予常规护理)与试验组(实施人性化护理)。对比两组护理前后焦虑及抑郁情绪评分、生活质量评分、护理依从性及满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分差异无意义,P>0.05。护理后,试验组焦虑评分(13.21±2.15)分、抑郁评分(14.25±3.51)分,均低于参照组的(21.24±3.24)分、(23.24±3.67)分,P<0.05。试验组生理功能评分(86.58±3.64)分、生理职能评分(91.94±3.06)分、社会功能评分(92.35±3.79)分、情感职能评分(86.82±3.27)分、精神健康评分(93.19±3.08)分以及健康状况评分(92.07±3.07)分,均高于参照组的(76.63±2.71)分、(74.78±2.28)分、(76.98±3.55)分、(70.04±2.21)分、(75.25±2.16)分、(78.21±2.08)分,P<0.05。试验组护理依从性97.87%,高于参照组的84.04%,P<0.05。试验组护理沟通满意度评分(94.21±5.24)分、护理管理满意度评分(95.34±4.27)分、问题解决满意度评分(98.11±4.41)分以及护理质量满意度评分(97.38±4.14)分,均高于参照组的(84.22±2.37)分、(81.51±2.31)分、(85.17±3.37)分、(83.39±2.12)分,P<0.05。结论在妇科护理中,人性化护理能有效改善患者心理情绪,提高其依从性,保证临床治疗的有效性,促进患者早日康复,改善预后,提高患者生活质量,从而提升患者对护理工作满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing in gynecology nursing.Methods One hundred and eightyeight patients admitted to the department of gynaecology in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into the reference group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(humanistic nursing)according to different nursing schemes.The scores of anxiety and depression,quality of life,nursing compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety score(13.21±2.15)and depression score(14.25±3.51)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(21.24±3.24)and(23.24±3.67),P<0.05.The physical function score(86.58±3.64),physical function score(91.94±3.06),social function score(92.35±3.79),emotional function score(86.82±3.27),mental health score(93.19±3.08)and health status score(92.07±3.07)of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(76.63±2.71),(74.78±2.28),(76.98±3.55),(70.04±2.21),(75.25±2.16)(78.21±2.08)points,P<0.05.The nursing compliance of the experimental group was 97.87%,higher than that of the control group(84.04%,P<0.05).The scores of nursing communication satisfaction(94.21±5.24),nursing management satisfaction(95.34±4.27),problem solving satisfaction(98.11±4.41)and nursing quality satisfaction(97.38±4.14)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(84.22±2.37),(81.51±2.31),(85.17±3.37)and(83.39±2.12),P<0.05.Conclusion In gynecology nursing,humanistic nursing can effectively improve patients'psychological mood,improve their compliance,ensure the effectiveness of clinical treatment,promote patients'early recovery,improve prognosis,improve patients'quality of life,and thus enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is worth promoting.
