摘要
目的:运用文献计量学等方法归类、总结中药穴位贴敷在临床上的研究进展,分析存在的问题,为中药穴位贴敷治疗疾病提供理论指导,为中药穴位贴敷相关制剂开发奠定基础。方法:通过计算机检索结合手工检索,收集中药穴位贴敷相关文献,建立穴位贴敷现代文献数据库,采集疾病种类、穴位选择、制剂形态、方剂组成等相关信息,运用文献计量学、频数分析及关联规则进行分析。结果:本研究共纳入文献1 005篇。经分析发现穴位贴敷的优势病种主要分布于呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统及神经系统疾病。在用药取穴方面,以肺俞、神阙、大椎、肾俞、定喘穴贴敷为多。从制剂形态来看,剂型集中于传统剂型,以膏剂、散剂、糊剂、饼剂最为常见。从用药规律分析,药物使用频次较高的有白芥子、细辛、延胡索、甘遂等。结论:中药穴位贴敷在临床应用及理论研究方面均有新进展,但研究多集中于临床疗效观察或效果评价,临床应用过程中多凭经验,标准化及规范化有待加强,且穴位贴敷作为辅助和联合疗法较多,相关机制研究多停留在穴位给药和非穴给药透过量的比较,涉及深层次递药机制研究极少。
Objective: Literature metrology and other methods are used to classify and summarize the research progress of TCM acupoint application in clinical practice, and analyze the existing problems, so as to provide theoretical guidance for TCM acupoint sticking in the treatment of diseases and lay a foundation for the development of TCM acupoint sticking related preparations. Methods: Through the combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval, the literature related to acupoint sticking of traditional Chinese medicine was collected, and a modern literature database of acupoint sticking was established.The information related to disease type, acupoint selection, preparation form and prescription composition was collected, and the literature metrology, frequency analysis and association rules were used for analysis. Results: A total of 1 005 literatures were included in this study. It was found that the dominant diseases of acupoint sticking were mainly distributed in the respiratory system, digestive system, genitourinary system and nervous system. In terms of medication and acupoint selection, Feishu acupoint, Shenque acupoint, Dazhui acupoint, Shenshu acupoint and Dingchuan acupoint were mostly applied. From the perspective of the form of preparation, the dosage forms were all concentrated on the traditional dosage forms, with ointment,powder, paste and cake agent being the most common. From the analysis of the rule of drug use, the high frequency of drug use was mustard seed, asari radix rhizoma, corydalis rhizoma, kansui radix, and so on. Conclusion: Acupoint sticking has made new progress in clinical application and theoretical research. However, most of the studies focus on clinical efficacy observation or effect evaluation, and the clinical application process is mostly based on experience, and the standardization needs to be strengthened.
