摘要
干燥综合征是一种主要累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫病,病变常累及肺部,以干燥综合征合并间质性肺病最为多见。阎小萍教授认为干燥综合征合并间质性肺病属于“燥痹”五体痹不愈发展为五脏痹。认为本病的病因为燥邪侵袭,以阴液亏虚为主要表现,病机虚实错杂,内外交织,关乎五脏,重在肺脾肾。病理基础为肺虚、脾虚、肾虚,同时多伴有痰瘀互结,血脉瘀滞。故治疗时着重从肺、脾、肾3脏论治,兼化痰祛瘀,祛邪利节,在缓解临床症状及控制疾病进展方面取得了显著的临床疗效。
Sjogren’s syndrome is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease mainly involving exocrine glands.Lesions often involve the lungs, with Sjogren’s syndrome-interstitial lung disease(SS-ILD) being the most common. Professor YAN Xiao-ping believes that SS-ILD belongs to the ‘dry Bi’ and five-body paralysis develops into five-organ paralysis. Professor YAN believes that the cause of this disease is the invasion of dryness pathogens, and the deficiency of yin liquid is the main manifestation. The pathogenesis is complex, intertwined inside and outside, related to the five internal organs, focusing on the lungs, spleen and kidneys. The pathological basis is lung deficiency, spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency, accompanied by phlegm and blood stasis. Therefore, the treatment focuses on the treatment of the three zang-organs of the lung, spleen and kidney,and eliminates phlegm and blood stasis, and eliminate evil spirits, and unclog joints, which has achieved remarkable clinical effects in relieving clinical symptoms and controlling disease progression.
