摘要
目的 探讨连贯性护理健康教育对门诊慢性宫颈炎患者的应用及对焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 选取82例慢性宫颈炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(41例,常规护理)和观察组(41例,常规护理+连贯性护理健康教育),统计对比两组患者各项临床指标。结果 与护理前比,护理后两组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组;护理后观察组患者基础知识、发病原因、临床症状以及用药事项等疾病认知得分均高于对照组;护理后,观察组患者依从性以及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 连贯性护理健康教育能有效降低慢性宫颈炎患者焦虑抑郁情绪,并提高患者的疾病认知水平、依从性以及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of coherent nursing health education in outpatients with chronic cervicitis and its effect on anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into the control group(41 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group(41 cases, routine nursing + coherent nursing health education)according to the random number table method, and the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results Compared with before nursing, the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the two groups significantly decreased after nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group;after nursing, the basic knowledge,pathogenesis, clinical symptoms and medication matters of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;after nursing, the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Coherent nursing health education can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients with chronic cervicitis, and improve the patient’s disease cognition level, compliance and nursing satisfaction.
