摘要
目的:探讨连贯性护理健康教育干预应用于慢性宫颈炎患者中对其疾病疗效、认知水平和预后改善情况的影响。方法:抽取2018年8月-2020年8月华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院收治的76例妇科慢性宫颈炎患者,采用随机数字表法分组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组联合应用连贯性护理健康教育干预。比较两组患者治疗效果、健康知晓度、预后情况及遵医行为情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.37%,高于对照组86.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的健康知识知晓优良率为94.74%,高于对照组76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访中观察组的并发症率和复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);遵医行为优良率观察组为100.00%,高于对照组89.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性宫颈炎患者采用连贯性护理健康教育干预,有助于提升患者的疾病治疗效果和健康知识知晓度,且有助于改善其预后。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing health education intervention on the efficacy,cognitive level and prognosis improvement in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with gynecological chronic cervicitis admitted to Liyuan Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was combined with continuous nursing health education intervention.The treatment effect,health awareness,prognosis and medical compliance behavior of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 86.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of health knowledge awareness in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 89.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic cervicitis,continuous nursing health education intervention is helpful to improve the disease treatment effect and health knowledge awareness rate,and improve the prognosis.
