摘要
目的探讨网络健康干预应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜下肾癌根治术后免疫治疗中的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的行机器人辅助腹腔镜下肾癌根治术后免疫治疗的96例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施网络健康干预。对比两组患者干预前、后的社会支持水平、疾病知识知晓度、生活质量变化及不良反应情况。结果干预后观察组的各项社会支持水平评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后观察组的各项疾病相关知识知晓度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论网络健康干预应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜下肾癌根治术后免疫治疗中可提升社会支持水平和疾病知识知晓度,改善生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of network health intervention on robot-assisted laparoscopic immunotherapy for renal cancer after radical resection.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic renal cell carcinoma after immunotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine intervention,and the observation group implemented network health intervention.The levels of social support,awareness of disease knowledge,quality of life changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The scores of various social support levels of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the awareness of the disease-related knowledge of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores were higher than the control group(all P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Network health intervention on robot-assisted laparoscopic immunotherapy for renal cancer after radical resection,which can improve the level of social support and awareness of disease knowledge,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
