摘要
目的探讨阶段性护理在慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的96例慢性盆腔炎患者,并以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组予以传统护理,观察组予以阶段性护理。对比两组干预后依从性、症状改善情况、护理风险发生情况,干预前后SAS、SDS评分。结果干预后,观察组各项依从性高于对照组;与干预前比,干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组;观察组白带异常、腰腹酸痛、月经紊乱、精神不振各项改善时间短于对照组;干预期间,观察组护理风险总发生率4.17%低于对照组16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性护理可有效提高慢性盆腔炎的治疗依从性,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,还可改善其白带异常等临床症状,降低护理不良事件的发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of staged nursing in nursing care of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,48 cases each.Patients in the control group received traditional nursing care while those in the observation group received staged nursing care.The compliance,symptom improvement and nursing risk after intervention and the SAS and SDS scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.Compared with those before intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups after intervention were lower,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The improvement time of abnormal leucorrhea,soreness of waist and abdomen,menstrual disorder and depressed spirit in that observation group were shorter than those in the control group.During the intervention,the total incidence of nursing risk in observation group was 4.17%was lower than that in the control group 16.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,alleviate the anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,but also improve the clinical symptoms of abnormal vaginal discharge and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
