安徽省农民工返乡就业匹配机制建构探析

摘要 安徽省是农民工回流大省,农民工返乡就业存在着认知程度不高、技能水平参差不齐、就业保障契合度不高、技能培训工作缺失等问题。在新的发展格局下,留乡就业的农民工基数日趋扩大,安徽省面临着改善就业环境、稳定就业群体等诸多难题。因此,应加强产业发展,增设工作岗位,做好就业保障,优化就业体系,进一步提高返乡农民工就业匹配效率。 Anhui Province is a large province for migrant workers to return home.There are some deficiencies and problems in migrant workers’ return employment,such as low level of cognition,uneven level of skills,low fit of employment security,lack of skill training and so on.Under the new development pattern,the number of migrant workers staying in rural areas for employment is expanding day by day.Anhui Province is facing many problems,such as improving the employment environment and stabilizing the employment group.Therefore,we should strengthen industrial development,add jobs,do a good job in employment security,optimize the employment system and improve the employment matching rate of returning migrant workers.
