摘要
网络信息技术的进步与“共享经济”的发展打破了农民工就业的地域与时间的限制,大批返乡就业创业的农民工助推了新农村经济的发展,成为乡村振兴的“主力军”。通过探究互联网对返乡农民工就业创业的作用来了解返乡农民工就业创业的新形式,并且分析其就业创业新形式的现实瓶颈与困境。最后,以网络信息技术为依托,以健全返乡农民工就业创业服务体系为目标,有针对性地提出促进返乡农民工就业创业的对策建议。
The progress of network information technology and the development of"sharing economy"have broken the geographical and time restrictions of migrant workers'employment,a large number of mi‐grant workers returning home to work and start businesses have boosted the development of the new rural economy and become the"main force"of rural revitalization.This paper explored the innovative role of the Internet in employment and entrepreneurship to understand the new form of employment and entrepreneur‐ship of returning migrant workers,and analyzed the practical bottlenecks and difficulties in the new form of employment and entrepreneurship.Finally,based on network information technology,aiming at improving the employment and entrepreneurship service system for returning migrant workers,some suggestions were put forward to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers.
