摘要
进城务工农民工返乡创业是优化城乡二元经济结构、统筹城乡经济关系的有效途径,是小城镇经济发展的重要推动力。"互联网+"热潮、"双创"的浓厚氛围、各级政府出台创业扶持政策给返乡农民工利用互联网创业提供了新机遇,但仍需建立健全返乡农民工"互联网+"创业服务体系,方能应对地方政策滞后、创业资金短缺、自身禀赋不足及来自外部的激烈竞争等挑战,从而有效推进返乡农民工在"互联网+"背景下创业。
The entrepreneurship of migrant workers is an effective way to optimize urban and rural dual economic structure and to balance urban and rural economic relations. It＇s an important driving force to economic development of small towns. Support policy by government, the boom of ＂Internet ＋＂ and the atmosphere of ＂ innovation and entrepreneurship＂ do help to entrepreneurship for returning migrant workers. But it still need to establish and improve an ＂Internet ＋＂ innovation service system, in order to deal with local policy lag, shortage of venture capital, insufficiency on talent and the fierce competition from external challenges, thus effectively promote the returning migrant workers under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂.
