摘要
以武术套路项目体能训练为研究对象,总结武术套路运动员体能训练的重要性,对目前体能训练存在的重视程度不高,教学方式单一、忽视武德培养,专项体能训练认识不足以及缺乏科学训练理论指导等问题进行剖析。并依据项群训练理论提出武术套路体能应遵循项群理论的类似原则,发展核心力量水平,做到专项力量化;注重体能训练的整体性、系统性及节奏性;“一般+专项”训练相结合,加强科学化训练。
Taking the physical training of wushu routine as the research object, this paper summarizes the importance of physical training of wushu routine athletes, and probes into existing problems including low level of attention, single teaching method, neglect of martial arts training, insufficient understanding of special physical training, and lack of scientific training theoretical guidance. Furthermore, according to the training theory of Xiangqun, it discusses the physical training methods of wushu routines as follow: developing core strength to achieve special strength for special event;pay attention to the integrity, systematic and rhythm of physical training;combine“general + special”training to strengthen scientific training.
