摘要
目的针对当前优质临床护理干预用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的效果开展深入分析,为AMI患者的病情干预效果的提升指明改进方向。方法选择我院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的心血管内科AMI患者为研究对象,将100例研究对象分为两组。研究组(n=50例)给予优质临床护理干预,参照组(n=50例)给予常规护理干预。比较两组的不良反应发生率、治疗效果、心功能参数、护理满意度、患者情绪状态、心肌损伤情况以及住院时间的差异。结果研究组的不良反应发生率、患者情绪状态评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果、护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组心功能参数、心肌损伤情况优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论优质临床护理干预可降低AMI患者的不良反应发生率,改善负性情绪、心功能、心肌损伤情况,提高患者的治疗效果及护理满意度,可实现心血管内科AMI治疗患者的护理目标。
Objective To carry out an in-depth analysis of the effect of current high-quality clinical nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to point out the improvement direction for the improvement of the intervention effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the researchers selected patients diagnosed and treated in cardiovascular medicine in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 as the research subjects,and divided 100 research subjects into two groups.The research group(n=50 cases)was given high-quality clinical nursing intervention;the reference group(n=50 cases)was given routine nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effect,cardiac function parameters,nursing satisfaction,emotional state,myocardial injury,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and the emotional state score of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function parameters and myocardial injury in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality clinical nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in AMI patients,improve negative mood,heart function,myocardial injury,improve patients'treatment effect and nursing satisfaction,and achieve the nursing goals of patients treated with AMI in cardiovascular medicine.
