摘要
目的分析雾化治疗妊娠合并慢性咽炎的效果及护理效果。方法研究所收治的106例妊娠合并慢性咽炎患者,筛查范围2019年5月至2021年5月,给予对照组一般治疗+护理,给予观察组雾化吸入治疗+护理,就两组的护理结果进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.34%(50/53),对照组总有效率为79.25%(42/53),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项治疗指标情况(如VAS、SDS、SAS)均显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组在生活质量评分、临床症状评分、年发作评分上显著区别于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化治疗妊娠合并慢性咽炎的效果突出,联合护理更能收到较佳的改善患者预后效果,可在后续患者的治疗实践中加以应用实施。
Objective To analyze the effect and nursing effect of atomization in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 106 pregnant patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to the institute were screened from May 2019 to May 2021.They were given general treatment+nursing in the control group and atomized inhalation treatment+nursing in the observation group.The nursing results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 94.34%(50/53)in the observation group and 79.25%(42/53)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment indexes(VAS,SDS,SAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly different from the control group in quality of life score,clinical symptom score and annual onset score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of atomization in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with chronic pharyngitis is outstanding,and the combined nursing can improve the prognosis of patients better,which can be applied in the subsequent treatment practice of patients.
