摘要
在中国现代煤炭资源开采过程中,随着开采深度的不断增加,井下地质条件变得越来越复杂,为保障开采过程中的作业效率与安全,需要对采煤技术进行合理选择,目前应用较多的为普通机械化采煤技术和综合机械化采煤技术。在选择具体采煤工艺时,需要结合实际环境进行考虑,其中包括煤层赋存条件、井下瓦斯状况及煤炭的存储量等。分析了采煤技术的发展现状,详细介绍了综合机械化采煤技术、普通机械化采煤技术、连续采煤技术及爆破采煤技术,从经济、安全、环境等角度出发,对井下采煤技术的选择进行了讨论。
In the process of modern coal resources mining in China, with the increasing mining depth, the underground geological conditions become more and more complex. In order to ensure the operational efficiency and safety in the mining process, it is necessary to make a reasonable selection of coal mining technology, in which the general mechanized coal mining technology and fully mechanized coal mining technology are mainly used. When selecting the specific coal mining technology, it is necessary to take into account the actual environment, including the coal seam conditions, underground gas conditions and the storage capacity of coal. This paper analyzed the development status of coal mining technology, introduced the fully mechanized coal mining technology, general mechanized coal mining technology, continuous coal mining technology and blasting coal mining technology in detail, and discussed the selection of underground coal mining technology from the perspective of economy, safety and environment.
