摘要
智能化开采技术是深部煤炭开采发展的必由之路,通过分析我国综采工作面智能化开采技术及装备的发展历程,指出我国煤矿智能化技术和装备大都处于初级阶段,就其中的关键技术进行系统地阐述,包括工作面自动取直技术、煤岩界面识别技术、液压支架跟机自动化技术以及采煤机记忆切割技术等。分析了制约我国智能化开采的因素主要包括智能化开采技术问题、装备的稳定性和可靠性、缺乏专业技术人才等,针对这些制约因素提出相应的技术和管理对策,并对未来综采工作面智能化开采技术进行展望。
Intelligent mining technology is the only way for the development of deep coal mining.By analyzing the development history of intelligent mining technology and equipment in China,it was pointed out that most of the intelligent mining technology and equipment were in the primary stage,and the key technologies were systematically expounded,such as working face automated alignment control technology,coal-rock interface recognition technology,automatic technology of hydraulic support following shearer and shearer memory cutting technology.The factors restricting intelligent mining in China were analyzed including problems in intelligent mining technology,the stability and reliability of equipment,the lack of professional and technical personnel.In view of these restraining factors,the corresponding technology and management countermeasures were put forward,and the future intelligent mining technology of fully mechanized mining face was prospected.
