摘要
某型发动机的低压涡轮叶片采用带冠锯齿形封严结构,在厂内首翻寿命试车期间涡轮叶片叶冠配合面出现异常磨损问题,表现为叶冠配合面凹凸不平整、叶轮周向松动、无紧度现象,理化分析结论为黏着磨损。该文从设计结构上分析叶冠尺寸和配合的合理性,从发动机装配过程中的叶轮初始紧度、试验过程中的热负荷和振动等方面对该涡轮叶片叶冠出现严重磨损的影响,提出改进措施,避免在首翻寿命期内提前出现严重磨损和叶轮松动,影响发动机整机安全。
The low-pressure turbine blade of a certain engine adopts a crowned serrated seal structure,and abnormal wear occurs on the matching surface of the turbine blade crown during the first turn-over life test in the plant,which is characterized by uneven fitting surface,circumferential loosening of the impeller and no tightness phenomenon.The conclusion of physical and chemical analysis is adhesive wear.In this paper,the rationality of the size and fit of the blade crown is analyzed from the design structure,and the serious wear of the turbine blade crown is affected by the initial tightness of the impeller in the engine assembly process,heat load and vibration in the test process,and the improvement measures are put forward,so as to avoid serious wear and loosening of the impeller in advance during the first turning life period and ensure the safety of the whole engine.
