摘要
基于"滞后"弹簧摩擦模型,分析了带平行冠叶片的干摩擦阻尼特性。通过接触分析获得冠间的摩擦力和相对滑移量,进而求取冠间的等效阻尼和等效刚度。在冠间接触区域,引入了MATRIX27弹簧阻尼单元模拟冠间阻尼和刚度,并对带平行冠叶片进行谐响应分析。计算结果表明:带平行冠叶片的干摩擦可以有效抑制系统的振动,即减振。冠间法向压力、摩擦系数及冠间间隙等因素对系统减振效果有不同程度的影响。
The hysteretic spring friction model is used to analyze dry friction damping of the shrouded blades.Through the contact analyses,the friction force and the contact sliding distance,which are necessary in the formulas of the equivalent damping and stiffness,can be acquired.So the values of the equivalent damping and stiffness can be available.The element of MATRIX27 is introduced as an analogue of the spring damping element to harmonic response analysis.The results show that the response of vibration system can be efficiently reduced by dry friction damping of shrouded blades.The normal force,friction coefficient and gap between the blade tip shrouds have different effects on reducing the response of vibration system.
