摘要
上海市合流一期污水管网通水运行近30年,其作为上海市城市污水管网“大动脉”结构性及功能性问题逐渐突显,结构病害情况尤其严重。上海市合流污水一期干线修复(16^(#)—11a^(#))工程XF1.2标段,采用奥氏体不锈钢内衬管片在原DN3 500混凝土管内进行分段焊接成环的超大直径污水管道非开挖修复方法,解决了材料运输难度大、项目施工周期长等难题,同时保证了项目整体施工工期,提高了施工效率并节约了施工成本。
As the "artery" of Shanghai urban sewage pipe network, the structural and functional problems of Shanghai confluence Phase I sewage pipe network, which has been running for nearly 30 years, are gradually highlighted, and the structural diseases are particularly serious. For XF1.2 bid section of Shanghai confluent sewage Phase I trunk line repair(16^(#)– 11a^(#)) project, the non excavation repair method of super large diameter sewage pipes with austenitic stainless steel inner lining sheets welded into rings in the original DN3 500 concrete pipes is adopted, which solves the difficult problems of material transportation and long construction period of the project, while ensuring the overall construction period of the project and improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction cost.
